Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or courier delays beyond our control.

Chilled or temperature-sensitive items must be received on the first delivery attempt. We cannot replace or refund products that have spoiled due to missed deliveries.

Perishable food products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

If a non-food item is eligible for return, it must be unopened, unused and in its original condition.

Refunds are issued once items are inspected and approved.

8. Allergens and Product Information

We provide accurate allergen and ingredient information where possible.

However, suppliers may update recipes or packaging without notice.

Customers with food allergies should always check product labels before use.

i-tem is not liable for reactions caused by undeclared allergens if the information supplied by the manufacturer was inaccurate.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, i-tem is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by events outside our control
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Losses due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Spoilage of temperature-sensitive items due to missed deliveries

Our total liability will not exceed the value of the order in question.

Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
